The visualisation and analysis of data on Gel-Doc gives more accuracy than the traditional method. Spectrometry itself is a wide range of techniques. Experimental exposure of RFLP, ARMS, DGGE, SSCP & DHPLC will help to understand the Molecular makeup of the genome with and without sequencing of the gene.
